首先登場的是大名鼎鼎的「WH問句家族」。它們就像萬能鑰匙，能幫你打開各種資訊的大門！它們的成員有 What, Where, When, Who, Whose, Why, Which, 還有變形金剛 How！
🔹 What (問什麼？)
想知道「事物」、「動作」、「描述」或「特定資訊」？用 What 就對了！
"What's Michael doing?" (麥克正在做什麼？– 問動作)
"What is on the table?" (桌上有什麼？– 問事物)
"What is the comic book like?" (這本漫畫書怎麼樣？– 問描述，"What...like?" 超好用！)
"What time does the museum open?" (博物館幾點開門？– 問特定時間，"What time" 很好記吧？)
"What kind of show do they enjoy?" (他們喜歡哪一種類型的節目？– 問種類)
🔹 Where (問哪裡？)
想知道「地點」或「位置」，Where 就是你的最佳拍檔。
"Where is the doll?" (娃娃在哪裡？)
"Where's the bookstore?" (書店在哪裡？)
🔹 When (問何時？)
想知道「時間」（不是幾點幾分那種，而是更廣泛的日期或時機），就用 When。

小撇步： 有時候口語也會用 "How come...?" 來問原因，後面直接加直述句喔！例如："How come you seem to know the man with glasses so well?"

當有一堆選項，想知道是「哪一個」的時候，Which 最好用。
"Which holiday is the most probable cause for the party?" (哪一個節日最可能是派對的起因？)

How 真的是個百變高手！它可以問「方法」、「狀態」、「程度」等等。
問方法："How is the girl eating her food?" (那個女孩是怎麼吃東西的？)
問狀態："How is the weather today?" (今天天氣如何？)
超實用搭配：
How much...? (多少錢/多少不可數)："How much is the doll?"
How many...? (多少個可數)："How many cats are there under the tree?"
How long...? (多久時間)："How long has John lived in New York?"
How often...? (多常，頻率)："How often does the bus run?"
How far...? (多遠)："How far is the nearest coffee shop?"
How old...? (幾歲)："How old was your mother when you were born?"

有時候，我們只是想確認一下資訊，這時候 Yes/No 問句就派上用場啦！它們通常用 be 動詞 (is, are, was, were)、助動詞 (do, does, did, have, has) 或情態動詞 (can, will, should) 開頭。回答通常就是簡單的 "Yes" 或 "No"。
"Is the car inside?" (車子在裡面嗎？)
"Do you exercise every day?" (你每天運動嗎？)
"Will you join us for tomorrow party?" (你會參加我們明天的派對嗎？)
"Have you finished your project?" (你完成你的專案了嗎？)

除了上面兩大類，還有一些問句也很常用：
選擇問句 (Choice Questions)
通常會有 "or" 讓你選一個。
"Is Teresa going on a trip for pleasure or on business?" (泰瑞莎這次旅行是去玩還是出差？)
禮貌請求/建議 (Polite Requests/Suggestions)
聽起來是問句，但其實是想請你幫忙或給個建議，語氣更委婉。
"Could you get the mug I bought yesterday for me?" (可以請你幫我拿一下我昨天買的馬克杯嗎？ – 請求)
"How about donuts for afternoon tea?" (下午茶來點甜甜圈怎麼樣？ – 建議)
